How do I get the money and how do I pay?
When you complete the online application, the information you enter
is used to generate your personalized loan agreement. You then print
the loan agreement, which will also print the faxing instructions and
the fax cover page. Sign the agreement as indicated and follow the faxing
instructions. If approved, your signed loan agreement has authorized
us to electronically transfer cash of approved amounts, by Federally
regulated EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) also known as ACH (Automated
Clearing House) into your checking account, and to obtain payment from
your checking account on scheduled repayment date(s).

Can I extend the time allowed for repayment of the
cash advance plus fee?
The loan payment options are shown in their entirety on the loan agreement
forms. You have refinance (loan extension), pay-down, & pay-off
options available to you.

I don't have a checking account. Can I use a savings
account instead?
Unfortunately, no. An active personal checking account in your name
is a mandatory requirement.

of personal checks. What can I fax to you in place of a voided check?
If you have a debit card which is attached to your checking account,
you may fax a copy of the debit card (front & back) in place of
the voided check. A voided personal check is preferred.

You will need to contact your employer, who should provide a copy to
you.

Yes. Make sure your printed statement from your online bank shows the
last 30 days of activity, your name, address, & bank account number.

system. Then please contact us for an alternative
to printing.

I don't have a fax machine, what can I do?
You may fax your forms from anywhere convenient, such as your place
of work. You can also fax them from any of the following sources. To
find a convenient location, you can visit any of these stores online

What is your fax number?
A fax cover page with the fax number will automatically print when you
print the loan agreement (following online application submission).

Have you received my fax?
You can check to see if your documents have been received by fax by
using the online loan status link,
or by clicking here. It normally
takes a minimum of 4 business hours for your documents to show online
as being received.

What is the status of my loan request?
Simply use the convenient online
loan status link. Be sure to log in using the same email address
you used on your online application, and your Social Security Number
should be entered without spaces or dashes (e.g. 123456789).
